My Name is Peter Hartley owner of Hartley Decorating Services. I have lived in Timperley all of my life. Providing  efficient,  professional decorating services to the Altrincham, Timperley, Hale, Sale and greater Manchester areas. I have been decorating for over 30 years originally trained by my late father learning the traditional way to decorate, I gained the knowledge and expertise in wallpapering and can offer all aspects of interior decorating services.
